Blue Nintendo DS from Pepsi. Japan!
I wish I could read Japanese so I could drink Japanese Pepsi. Then I could earn points and win a Limited Edition Blue Nintendo DS from Pepsi-Japan. I could also understand everything cool from watch.impress. Instead I guess what they are saying based on pictures, which is a process I’m familiar with since I only read picture books (and picture magazines, but there goes my “for the articles” excuse). Based only on the above picture I figured out that Blue DS units are cool, and I have to want one, and I must drink Pepsi Twist (with Limon!). Translators are even more fun after you translate them through 4 layers of languages.
Of course, I’d be happy earning the pity prizes, which are Mario pixel-lego-styled-shadow-box figurines or a roll of Tape (the sticky kind) with side scrolling nostalgia which make me wonder how long before the screen shots repeat themselves. If I confusing, it is babel because translator center of languages tampers with.
Thank you gizmodo and kotaku. I owe you li hing mui lollipops.
