GBA Movie Player Updated!

Now with more gibberish!

For those who bought a GBA Movie Player from Lik-Sang, there is a bit of news for you to know. There is a firmware update available for it now that fixes the picture glitch and adds multi-language support for the text reader. This update is E14 and upgrades the internal firmware to 1.70.

It can be downloaded here! It is right below the e13 update.

Also of note: You CAN use a 4GB Compact Flash card on the Movie Player. Just make sure you have the new update in the player and have formatted the card as a 4GB card. Otherwise, you will only get a blank screen. I have confirmed that the Sandisk 4.0GB card does work. Now to convert a few hundred hours of music, or one of those Lord of the Rings Extended Editions.

The 4.0GB cards from San Disk are all Type 1.

The player only plays Type 1 cards.
