Ipod Clickwheel of Doom

Is it really that hard to write the lowercase i and the capital P? I can’t believe how many techy-gadget-sites screw this up all the time.

Not to mention the egregious usage of the apostrophe in pluralizing.

well it’s means posessive when its means it is. or it was.

i don’t even care about the i/I issue cause I don’t like iPods. ridiculous capitalizing the 2nd letter instead of first. who does apple think they are?

A successful company built on making classy personal computers with an easy to use operating system that has designed a creative product that uses a great method of file management control.

The small “i” is a tradition since the iMac, eBook, etc. The “i” is decapitalized to emphasize plain innovation and plain interaction without yelling either of those. That’s the take some of Apple’s employees take the “i” to mean. It is intended to make it more subtle.

It doesn’t matter if the capitalization of the second letter is lame (and it is); the point is that they’ve branded their product as “iPod” and it should be written that way.

Boots, “it’s” is the contraction “it is”, “its” without an apostrophe is posessive. It’s the only exception to the rule. However, this isn’t really relevant, as the apostrophe in question was not used either as a contraction or for making something possessive, but in making something plural.

eh sorry my mind was mixed up and it was late. i just wasn’t looking clearly.

Just imagine how successful the iPod would be if Apple were to release a “gaming Ipod”. With their marketing madness I’m sure it would fly.

God forbid Steve Jobs come down from the burning bush and see that portagaming didn’t capitilize iPod correctly….freaking cowards…

Actually I think I’m right in saying that “It’s” is both possessive and the contraction, without the “‘” it’s the pluralisation.
