Some more good news for you DS Owner live from E3. (Okay live from my dining room table)Looks like the big N is going to offer a slew of new Online Capable titles this year. Note that only 1st Party (Nintendo) games are said to provide a FREE non-subscription online multiplayer service. 3rd Party titles may decide to charge a fee, but this is unconfirmed.
