Nokia Admits Sales Not What Expected

N-Gage Sales Slump

Finally. Nokia’s been counters admitted today that the N-Gage didn’t sale as well as they expected. Nokia reported a 6% decrease in unit sales during the second quarter and a 5.7% decrease in company-wide earnings.

But (there’s always a “but”) profits did increase 14% over the quarter for the company and a 31% market-share in the mobile phone category.
