Sexy New Design for Nintendo DS
Nintendo DS, you need a pimp! You are one sexy machine. The critics and naysayers at E3 thought you were an ugly duckling, but they hadn’t seen you in full bloom. Now who’s laughing?
Just when we thought we needed more DS news, out of nowhere, and we mean nowhere, Nintendo springs a finalized design of their DS system on us. This is very welcomed even if we didn’t expect it. The old design wasn’t THAT bad, but the new design means we’ll be proud to leave it on top of our desktops to display to the world (chained down with lock and key of course - wouldn’t want to see this thing grow legs).
The Nintendo DS logo isn’t on it yet, but Nintendo did announce that the official name of the unit will be Nintendo DS. Maybe they realized that this was the first code name for a prototype that was actually edgy (dolphin, ultra, anyone?) and would fly well with the gamrd0rks - so they decided to keep it. See Nintendo for the full scoop.

Not to worry anyone; but damn… they’ve already said they’re working on a Legend of Zelda game for the DS that follows the Four Swords saga. Combine that with what SquareEnix has been asking around about… I mean.. damn.. if they put FF 3 through 6 and Chrono Trigger on the DS…. like they asked people about… well.. I mean.. you can watch Advent Children on the PSP at least once; but.. you can’t potentially play CHRONO FREAKING TRIGGER on it. Today, before I got on the internet.. I was wearing my Nintendo DS t-shirt.. and.. wow.. here it is.. sexy, sleek, freaking good Lord. O_O
It makes me think of a handtop computer a little. mmmm.. delicious.
