Sony PSP running Macintosh System 7.5.5
So here’s a link to an article about the PSP running Macintosh System 7.5.5. The question I have to ask is why? I mean I love a good challenge but why is this important? If someone can explain the far reaching implications of this that would be great. The author says this “My ultimate dream would be for them to realize that people are buying this specifically because they can write their own stuff for it. As I said, several people I know bought them solely for this purpose, including me. And no, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. Different people have different ideas of fun.”
But what do you, the readers or portagame, think?

Mac System 7.5.5? Who knows? I think right now people are just experimenting and trying things out.
I’m not going to knock what devs are doing though. I mean there are plenty of very useful apps that have been written to date, and the more people learn about developing for the PSP, that number of titles will only increase.
To the guy asking about “gitting” internet access on the PSP, if you’ve got a PSP running 2.0+ firmware, the browser’s included. Outside of that, you need a wireless internet connection available.
boots in less than a minute, its a bit slow once its booted but still cool, it was bochs emulating another emulator emulating the mac that took 4 hours.
less than a minute, get on some psp sites to get your facts, lol.
